The TxEP: Texas Educator Preparation journal serves to disseminate research, best practices, and professional application related to Texas educator preparation. Proposed manuscripts undergo a double-blind review process and must be previously unpublished.

The issue also examines successes in preparing and equipping future teachers through quality teacher preparation programs.
