This includes content-based data-driven adaptive learning courses, practice-based pedagogy supporting hands-on learning, and yearlong teacher residencies to promote year one readiness. Cycles of coaching include brief walkthroughs, extended observations, pre and post conference discussions, and reinforcements and refinements to facilitate action plans for success.
